for underwater fishing
Underwater fishing is anly allowed in unprotected waters, over
500 m from beaches with bathers, and at least 100 m from fixed
nets, and only during the day.
Divers must be tied to a signing buoy that is visible at 300 m
and must stay within a perimeter of 50 m from it. If a boat is
present, it must carry the apposite signaling flag.
Divers must be over the age of 16.
It is not allowed to catch crustaceans, molluscs, and coral, nor
is it allowed to traverse with a loaded gun through areas with
bathers present.
